WARRANTY INFORMATION
BROS&COMPANY INC. sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship for 2 years from the date of original purchase. BROS&COMPANY INC. warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Please fill in the blank of warranty table below.
This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, alteration to the product, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use of power supply, dropped product, environmental conditions, or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of BROS&COMPANY INC.
This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or resealed products, including but not limited to sales of such products on Internet sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, modified, or altered without any permission of BROS&COMPANY INC. -

Read user manual before use to prevent accidents. Do not use product for other purpose than originally intended. Manufacturer is not subject to any liability from misuse or exploiting the product by not following instructions.
Product may break down when high force is applied or dropped from an elevated position. Maximum load on this product is 20 kg. Do not place objects exceeding the limit or stand on footrest. This product does not have a static position, please use with care and caution not to strain one’s ankle.
Do not stand on this product. There is risk of damage and or injury to product and user. This product is designed to be used under a seated environment. Do not use in environment with risk of slippage or uneven surface. Do not use after workout and sensation of discomfort at Achilles’ heel.
Please use with parental or guardian's guidance for young children. Do not pull or disassemble the footrest’s non-slip footer.
Product may deform under exposure to high temperatures. Store and place product to avoid direct light and use away from hazardous materials. Use of benzene, alcohol substances to clean or wipe this product may cause rusting or discoloration. Apply a soft cloth when attempting to clean the surface of the product.
Do not attempt repair, assembly or disassembly of this product. Damages caused by alteration, attempt to repair, assembly or disassembly is not subject to manufacturer’s warranty. Stop use immediately if product is defective or malfunctioning and contact your retailer’s customer service center.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
