- Delivery status can be checked using the tracking number.

Orders
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days once payment has been confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
- Members can check their order history by logging into My Page.
- Guests can track their orders via the confirmation email link or by contacting our Customer Support team at info@brosncompany.com
- Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by POUT
Products
- Limited warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase
